Les Steinberg & Elaine Golden-Gealer
LES graduated from California State at Northridge and also attended the University of Michigan. Les recently received his Doctorate Degree in Psychology. Les is an avid ice hockey fan and attends most of the Los Angeles King's hockey games. Before Les became a Realtor, he was the finance manager for a large westside auto leasing company. Les has one son and two dogs and lives in Santa Monica.
ELAINE has had many careers. She was a folksinger with the well-regarded and often recorded "Womenfolk" singing group, writing several of the songs they performed and recorded. Another of her careers was as the City Manager for a major national seminar company followed by her creating and leading her own successful weekend seminars. Elaine's formal education includes a BA from USC in Comparative Literature and a Master's Degree in Social Work, also from USC. Elaine worked for several years as an Intake Worker in Children's Services for LA County, with abused and neglected children. She loves to shop for hats and other things, and like Les, she has 2 dogs (little Chihuahuas named Mickey and Minnie). Elaine was born in Detroit, Michigan and has lived in Santa Monica since 1977.
